How to connect
You connect Claude Enterprise from inside Roiva, so you need a Roiva workspace first. Sign in to connect it now. New to Roiva? Take the free assessment and create your workspace at the end, or request an invite.
- In Claude: Sign in to claude.ai as your Claude Enterprise organization's primary owner — only the primary owner can turn on API access and create Analytics API keys
- In Claude: Go to Organization settings → API (claude.ai/admin-settings/api-access), turn on API access and create an Analytics API key
- Back in Roiva: Paste the key here — it is shown only once — and save the connection
- Back in Roiva: The connection page checks each step and says what's missing. Once it's all ticked, click Test Connection, then link this connection to an initiative on the Initiatives tab
Tips for capturing value
- This is a different key from the Admin API key the Anthropic connection uses. That one reads a Claude Console organization's API usage and cost; this one reads a Claude Enterprise organization's analytics. Neither works on the other's API, so connect both if you have both
- Only Claude Enterprise organizations have the Analytics API. Claude Code on Pro, Max or Team plans isn't available to Roiva through any API yet
- Anthropic's analytics list each member by email. Roiva adds each day up and keeps only the organization's totals, so no developer's identity is stored
- Analytics start on January 1, 2026 and usually arrive a day behind, so yesterday's numbers appear the following evening UTC
