Pricing

Built for the buyer your CFO listens to.

One annual price, from $25K. It covers the platform and your first function module, and it scales with the AI work you put under measurement — not with your headcount. Roiva is founder-led right now: every paid account is set up directly with the founder.

5 founding customers. $15K for year one.

Roiva is founder-led right now, and the first five customers will be design partners. Year one is $15K, all in — the platform, one module, and the initiatives you want measured inside it — against a list price that starts at $25K.

In exchange: a 6-month minimum, one founding-customer reference (with your sign-off), and a monthly call with the founder so what you learn shapes what ships next.

What you get

  • Year one at $15K, platform included

  • Founding-customer reference status

What we ask

5 spots. Once the cohort fills, this section comes down and we move to list pricing.

One price, based on what you measure.

No tiers to decode and no per-seat math. You start with the platform and the one module your first buyer owns, and the price moves as you put more AI work under measurement.

What moves the price
  • Initiatives in scope. Past 5 in a module, the price steps up in bands. Initiatives in a module's function need that module, which sets how many you can track.
  • More modules. Each one after the first starts at $15K/year, discounted as you add them.
  • Larger rollouts. Unlimited integrations and seats, SSO / SAML, and a dedicated CSM come in as the rollout grows.

We size all three on the call and come back with one annual number. No implementation fee, no per-seat charge, no usage meter on your synced data.

Free discovery account

3 initiatives · 1 integration · 3 seats · the full ROI report on your own data. No card, no expiry. Enough to prove the loop works before you scope a rollout.

Common questions

How is Roiva priced?

One annual subscription, from $25K a year. That covers the platform, your first function module (Customer Support, Finance & Accounting, or Sales), and up to 5 initiatives measured inside it. Two things move the price from there: how many initiatives you want under measurement, and how many modules you run. Additional modules start at $15K/year, and multi-module customers receive volume discounts.

Why is the price based on initiatives rather than employees?

Because an initiative is the unit of work Roiva measures, and two companies of the same size rarely have the same amount of AI in flight. A 2,000-person company proving out three initiatives pays the entry price; a 400-person company measuring fifteen across two functions pays more. You are charged for what you are measuring, not for how many badges are in the building.

What's the difference between the platform and a module?

The platform gives you the initiative lifecycle, audit log, exec dashboards, AI cost observability, approvals, and allocation rules and period locks for the bills your finance systems send — the cross-cutting layer every module sits on. Modules add function-specific integrations, metric definitions, and initiative templates (e.g. Zendesk/Intercom/Freshdesk for the Customer Support module, NetSuite/QuickBooks/Xero/Stripe for Finance, HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive for Sales). Your first module is included in the entry price.

Do I need the Finance & Accounting module for allocation rules and period locks?

No. Allocation rules, accounting periods and period locks come with every subscription, and with the free discovery account too, once a finance system (QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite) or a card platform (Brex or Ramp) is connected. The Finance & Accounting module decides which finance initiatives you can measure, such as AP automation or the close cycle. It doesn't decide how your bills are booked, so a Customer Support-only customer with Xero connected splits and locks its AI spend the same way.

Why no self-serve checkout?

Roiva is founder-led right now. Every paid account is set up directly with the founder, who maps your AI initiatives, sizes your modules, and configures integrations with you. The free AI ROI Exposure Assessment is our self-serve entry point — book a working session when you're ready to operationalize.

Do you have a Design Partner program?

Yes — the first 5 customers are design partners. Year one is $15K all in, against a list price that starts at $25K, in exchange for a 6-month commitment, a monthly call with the founder, and permission to use you as a founding-customer reference. Once the 5 spots fill, the offer comes down. Use the "Apply to be a design partner" button at the top of this page to start a conversation.

Which modules are available today?

Customer Support, Finance & Accounting, and Sales are sellable now. Engineering Productivity, Marketing, HR, Legal & Compliance, and Supply Chain are on the roadmap — design partners get first pick when they ship.

Do you offer industry-specific content?

Yes, and it's included on every paid plan at no extra charge. All 15 industry packs (Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail & E-commerce, Insurance, Telecom, Transportation & Logistics, Energy & Utilities, Real Estate & Property, Hospitality, Education, Government & Public Sector, Construction & Engineering, Media & Entertainment, Professional Services) layer on specialized metric definitions and initiative templates for your vertical.

What does the free AI ROI Exposure Assessment include?

A 5-minute diagnostic that sizes your estimated AI spend, evaluates how much of it has provable ROI today, and surfaces the highest-leverage moves to close the gap. Free, no credit card, no account required. Most teams use it to scope conversations with their CFO before booking time with us.

Is the Roiva Assistant included?

Yes. Every paid plan includes a monthly allowance of assistant usage, with a daily cap that catches runaway-loop scenarios before they compound. The allowance scales with your plan and can be raised per deal — in practice it is not what teams end up negotiating.
