Roiva billing is handled through Stripe, and only the account's Owner can open it. Admins see Billing grayed out in Organization Settings.

Viewing your plan

Organization Settings → Billing shows your plan, its status and billing period, your modules, and usage: initiatives, connections and seats against your plan's limits, and this month's Roiva Assistant use. Seats count the people in the account plus invitations still waiting for an answer: an invitation holds a seat until it's accepted, expires or is revoked.

  • Plans: the Billing page names yours. Free is the free discovery account: 1 connection and 3 seats. The paid subscription on the pricing page starts on Growth, with 15 connections and 15 seats. Larger rollouts are Scale or Enterprise, which don't limit either. Which one you're on is set in your agreement, which can also set different limits, and the Plan usage card shows the ones that apply.
  • Initiatives on Free: an initiative counts toward the 3 in every stage from Identified through Completed, so moving one along never frees a place. Rejecting or dismissing one does. Sample data doesn't count.
  • Initiatives on paid plans: unlimited, except in a module's function. An initiative from a Customer Support, Finance & Accounting or Sales template, or one created without a template under the Customer Support, Finance or Sales category, needs that module and counts toward the number of initiatives the module includes.
  • Paid-plan features: the audit log and MCP access come with every paid plan. Single sign-on (OAuth and SAML providers) comes with larger rollouts, Scale and Enterprise, so ask for it when you scope one. A setting your plan doesn't include is grayed out and says what includes it.
  • Modules are Customer Support, Finance & Accounting, and Sales. On a paid plan, an initiative in one of those areas, including one started from its templates, needs that module and counts toward the initiatives it includes. Initiatives outside them aren't limited. A module sets which initiatives you can measure, not how your bills are booked: allocation rules and accounting periods come with every plan, and the Finance & Accounting module isn't needed for them (see Allocation rules and accounting periods).
  • Industry packs unlock an industry's templates. Every paid plan includes all of them; the Free plan has none.

Upgrading, adding modules, or changing plans

Roiva is founder-led: every paid account is set up directly with the founder. On the Free plan, Book a working session on the Billing page schedules one. On a paid plan, choose Contact Support in the help menu (?) or email hello@roiva.ai.

Invoices, receipts and payment details

On a paid plan (not during a trial), Open Billing Portal on the Billing page opens Stripe's customer portal, where you can update your payment method, download invoices, and see your billing history. The Billing Details form on the Billing page holds the billing email, and the billing country and state or region used for tax. Choose Save Changes to update them.

Canceling

Choose Contact Support in the help menu (?) or email hello@roiva.ai. Once a cancellation is scheduled, the Current Plan card on the Billing page says it cancels at the end of the billing period, and you keep your plan until then. After that the account moves to the Free plan: its modules and industry packs end, and so do any limits raised in your agreement. Nothing is deleted, but anything new you add has to fit the Free plan's limits, and the audit log and MCP access switch off.

To delete the account and its data instead, the Owner can use Organization Settings → General → Danger Zone. Download a full export first (see Your data: exports and deletion).
